Learn the steps necessary to process wild game yourself. We will discuss the field dressing process and demonstrate how to skin and butcher a game animal in simple easy steps with minimum equipment. You’ll learn tips on how to make sure your wild game is the best quality possible.
Fried catfish? Again?! Join us for a hands on look at a whole new way to prepare your catch, if that’s okay “bayou.” This classic Louisiana dish is a fantastic way to use fish and game of all sorts, and will really add a little jazz to your table. This program is open to ages 12 with an adult needed to help the younger participants take part. Because we will be unable to fully practice social distancing, a face covering is strongly encouraged.
